The International Sports & Culture Exchange Association (ISCEA) is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization dedicated to building global friendship through sports, culture, and education. From international pickleball tours and youth festivals to coach development and exchange programs, ISCEA creates opportunities for people of all ages to connect, learn, and grow across borders.
