Kathy is a seasoned business executive, AI community leader, and cross-cultural sports ambassador. Her career spans Fortune 500 leadership at Siemens and nearly a decade as Vice President of a NASDAQ-listed education technology company in China, where she led strategic growth, IPO initiatives, and a team of 100+.
Since moving to the U.S., Kathy has become a respected force in the tech community, serving as co-founder and inaugural board chair of CADSEA (Chinese-American Data Science and Engineering Association), where she has spent over six years nurturing next-generation AI leadership through mentorship and community building.
A lifelong athlete, Kathy is also the co-founder of ISCEA (International Sports & Culture Exchange Association), a former China national table tennis champion, and a PPR-certified pickleball coach (DUPR 4.5). She believes sports are a global cultural language that builds lasting friendship, and continues to lead at the intersection of technology, trust, and international exchange.

Stephen is a data engineer who has dedicated many years to data integration and analysis. Nothing gives him greater satisfaction than seeing systems communicate seamlessly and efficiently, working in harmony through the smooth flow of data.
He was once an archaeologist, having excavated numerous ancient sites across China. He was also a historian, deeply fascinated by humanity’s distant memories. He believes that the key to understanding the future lies hidden in the past.
Beyond that, he is a lifelong sports enthusiast. Just like data, people need connection and integration — and sports are humanity’s most universal language of communication. He takes pride in being able to contribute, even in a small way, to that shared spirit.
