Xiangbo Xia
Chair of Advisory Committee
A respected community leader and cultural ambassador, Xiangbo has long been dedicated to promoting friendship and understanding between China and the United States through education, sports, and the arts. He holds degrees from Chengdu Sport University, Beijing Sport University, and George Mason University, and works at the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
Over the past two decades, Xiangbo has organized and led numerous large-scale cultural and sports exchange programs — including youth art festivals, martial arts performances, and international goodwill tours such as the 2025 U.S. Youth Pickleball China Tour. He also serves as Executive Director of the China Overseas Friendship Association and President of the U.S. Youth Pickleball Association, continuing to build bridges of friendship through cultural diplomacy and athletic exchange.
Chao Wu

Dr. Chao Wu serves as a Maryland State Delegate representing District 9A, and brings his expertise as a data scientist, educator, and community volunteer to ISCEA’s advisory board. With a lifelong commitment to public service—from leading the Howard County Board of Education to driving education, infrastructure, and workforce policy at the state level—he blends leadership, civic engagement, and analytical rigor in advancing cross-cultural, sports, and educational exchange.
Han Xiao
Advisory Committee Member
Han Xiao is a former elite table tennis athlete and distinguished sports leader who has represented the United States on the world stage. A four-time member of the U.S. World Championship National Team and bronze medalist at the 2007 Pan American Games, he has also contributed extensively to sports governance. Han served on the USA Table Tennis Board of Directors (2009–2016), represented athletes on the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee Athletes’ Advisory Council (2013–2016), and later chaired the council from 2017 to 2020. His experience as both a competitor and policymaker continues to inspire ISCEA’s mission of advancing international sports and cultural exchange.
