International Sports & Culture Exchange Association (ISCEA)

The International Sports & Culture Exchange Association (ISCEA) is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to building bridges of friendship through sports, culture, and education. Headquartered in Virginia, ISCEA unites athletes, educators, and community leaders to promote global understanding and collaboration.

Believing that sports are a universal language, ISCEA fosters international sports and cultural exchange by organizing tournaments, youth programs, and cross-border friendship tours. From grassroots pickleball clinics to youth arts festivals and international training exchanges, the association empowers participants of all ages to learn, lead, and connect beyond borders.

ISCEA’s initiatives include the U.S. Youth Pickleball China Tour, Friendship Sports Festivals, and a growing network of coach development and certification programs that strengthen communities through teamwork, leadership, and lifelong learning.

Guided by a global team of educators, executives, and cultural ambassadors—including former national champions, community leaders, and international mentors—ISCEA continues to create opportunities for people to engage in meaningful exchange, celebrate diversity, and shape a future united through sports and culture.
